Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Viral App Labs LLC (“Viral App Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. They govern your use of the Tara app on iPhone and Apple Watch (the “App”) and the website at downloadtara.com (together, “Tara”).

By downloading, opening, or using Tara, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Tara.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tara. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you may use Tara only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these Terms and approve any purchase.

Tara is a personal practice tool. It turns what you share into affirmations, stories, and narrated audio designed to support reflection, focus, and motivation.

Tara doesn’t guarantee outcomes. Manifestation is a practice, not a promise. Tara can’t make any particular goal, event, relationship, income, or health result happen, and nothing in the App should be read as saying it will.

Tara isn’t professional advice. Nothing in Tara is medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Don’t rely on Tara for decisions about your health, safety, money, or relationships.

If you’re in crisis, contact your local emergency number right away. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Tara writes content with Apple’s on-device intelligence and built-in templates, and narrates it with the speech voices built into iOS. Generated content can be inaccurate, repetitive, or unexpected, and the same input can produce different results. You decide how to use what Tara creates, and you’re responsible for any content you choose to share.

Tara’s safety checks may occasionally decline to write about a topic, or suggest support resources instead.

As between you and us, you own what you write in Tara and the content Tara creates for you. It’s stored on your device and we don’t receive it. See how Tara stores your data. Because it lives only on your iPhone, we can’t back it up, move it to a new device, or restore it if it’s lost or deleted.

Please don’t use Tara to create content about other people that is harassing or hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights, especially if you plan to share it.

• Plans. Some features of Tara require a paid subscription. Available plans, prices, and billing periods (for example, weekly or yearly) are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
• Billing through Apple. Purchases are made through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Apple processes all payments; we never see your payment details.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Introductory offers, including free trials, are available only to eligible customers, as determined by Apple.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the App or using Delete everything does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• Price changes. If a subscription price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as its rules require and, where required, ask for your consent before renewing at the new price.
• Restoring purchases. If you reinstall Tara or move to a new device with the same Apple ID, tap Restore on the subscription screen to restore your subscription.

Tara is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use Tara in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent Tara or its content, or use it to build a competing product.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source code of the App, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to Tara, our servers, or our service providers’ systems, or send them false install, attribution, or purchase data.
• Use Tara to create or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else.
• Access Tara with bots, scrapers, or other automated means.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Tara (including its software, design, text, sounds, graphics, and the Tara name and logo) belongs to Viral App Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the license above, these Terms don’t give you any rights in it.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Tara relies on services provided by others, including Apple (the App Store, in-app purchases, and on-device intelligence) and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we’re not responsible for them.

If you downloaded Tara from the Apple App Store, you and we also agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Viral App Labs only, not Apple, and Viral App Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
• Viral App Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
• If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Viral App Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them, Apple will have the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Tara is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral App Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that Tara will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or iOS version; that on-device intelligence will be available; or that any content will be accurate or meet your expectations.

Some places don’t allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral App Labs and its officers, employees, and agents won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or content, arising from or related to your use of Tara (including any decision you make based on content Tara creates), even if we’ve been told such damages are possible.

Our total liability for all claims relating to Tara won’t exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Tara in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viral App Labs from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Tara or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else’s rights.

You can stop using Tara at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any subscription in your iPhone’s Settings. We may suspend or end your access to Tara if you violate these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue Tara. Sections that by their nature should survive (including those on your content, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) survive termination.

We’re always improving Tara, so features may be added, changed, or removed. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we’ll revise the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the App or on this page. Continuing to use Tara after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or Tara will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country whose laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or to rely on mandatory local consumer protections, nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@downloadtara.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Tara. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our not enforcing a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
